Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by our guide and embark on a journey to Bwindi with stopovers at the Equator Crossing in Kayabwe for photography and a chance to stand in both Northern and Southern Hemispheres, have a brief talk and some experiments before you head to Mbarara Town for lunch.
During the drive you pass through banana plantations, farms and the amazing hills of Kigezi. You will arrive in the evening, check-in at the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest
After your early morning breakfast, your guide will drive you to Ruhija Park Headquarters for briefing and joining other visitors for briefing before heading into the forest for your gorilla trek. The trek can last for between 20 minutes to 6 hours or more depending on the movement of mountain gorillas and where they spent their previous night.
Once you find the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend one hour with them while observing their behavior, taking photographs before you return to the Park Headquarters for your certificate. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, you will check out your lodge and embark on a drive to Kibale National Park. The journey will take you through Queen Elizabeth National Park where you will have chances of spotting some wild game as you drive through the savannah dominated national park.
You will have stop in Fort Portal Town for lunch, then proceed to the park arriving in the afternoon. Have dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking
After breakfast, you will drive to Kibale National Park headquarters for briefing on the Dos and Don’ts of Chimpanzee Trekking, you will be divided into groups of 8 people and head into the forest of Kibale looking for the chimpanzees.
Chimpanzees live in communities of between 50-250 individuals but usually breakup into small groups during the day to reduce competition on food. Once you locate them, you are allowed to spend one hour in their presence taking pictures and observing them go on with their life in the forest. Head back the park headquarters, meet your guide and head back to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon you will head out for wetland walk in the nearby Bigodi Village where you will see several primates and birds. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
