DAY 1: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport your personal safari guide greets you with a big smile “Karibu Kenya – Welcome to Kenya”! The guide gives you a short briefing about the safari and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park – a birder’s haven and home for the black and white rhinos.
Lake Nakuru National Park is well known for its large population of pink flamingoes congregating at the shores of an alkaline Lake Nakuru and a large population of Rothschild flamingoes and rhinos. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge, then go for a game drive with a visit to Lake Nakuru and seeing many animals including Rothschild Giraffes, leopards, hyenas, rhinos and array of antelopes such as impalas, gazelles, waterbucks and dik diks among others.

DAY 2: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara National Park
Have breakfast, bid fare to Lake Nakuru and embark on a journey to Masai Mara National Reserve.
Masai Mara National Reserve is the most famous national reserve in Kenya and a great wildlife safari destination in Kenya, the reserve is well known as the best place to go for an African safari, mainly because of the Great Migration that passes through here. The enormous, stampeding herds are impressive to witness, as are the vast amount of predators that live here. Thousands of lions, leopards, cheetahs and wild dogs, as well as other animals which you guide will be delighted to search for you during the game drive.

DAY 3: Masai Mara – Game drives
Spend the full day exploring the endless plains of Masai Mara on full day game drives with picnic lunch.
Imagine crossing the savannah plains of Masai Mara with your guide, and coming across millions of wildebeests, zebras and gazelles, moaning and bleating on their annual journey in search for water and green pastures, and dodging predators ready to feast on them.
Masai Mara National Reserve is well known for its rich abundant wildlife including the Big Five – lions, leopards, elephants, cape buffaloes and rhinos. And other animals including giraffes, zebras, hippos, baboons, wildebeests, warthogs, gazelles, crocodiles and numerous bird species. Between July to October, millions of wildebeests and hundreds of zebras and gazelles migrate northward from Serengeti to enter Masai Mara with river crossing at Mara River.
On this day, you have an optional visit to the Masai Village where you engage with the local Masai people, learn about their cultures and traditions through interactions with the elders, dances and drama.

DAY 4: Masai Mara – Nairobi
This last day! Depending on your flight time. Drive back to Nairobi, your drive drops you off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight home bringing your Kenya Safari to an end.
